The Accommodation 
Isola Di Cocco offers three different types of rooms ( Standard Rooms, Heritage Rooms & Suite Rooms )  all of which are air conditioned and built to international standards.

	Standard Rooms:  Modern rooms with en-suite bath rooms and balcony/ sit-out facing the well laid out land seeped garden.
	Heritage Rooms:  Old traditional houses from the interiors of Kerala transplanted with modern facilities and open to stay bathrooms. Spread out in clusters of houses many o f them over looking the resorts own lakes.
	Suite Room:  Set out facing well laid out lawn having sit-out, living room and a bed room.

All our rooms are with carved wooden furniture including Plantas Chari (easy chair) CCTV, Telephone, Mini fridge etc. Bathrooms are fitted with modern fittings 24 hrs running hot and cold water, shower etc.  Most apartments are set around the resort's large double pool and spa areas. The ocean front units offer direct access to the resort's beach and stunning views.

Swimming Pool
A well designed large swimming pool fitted with Jacuzzi and a children pool overlooking the resorts own private beach and the river/Sea just beyond. Sun beds and parasols are available for poolside relaxation.

Water Sports
 The resort has motor boats, water scooters, peddle boats etc for the use in the river and the lakes.

	Also available  facilities are outdoor games like beach volleyball, badminton etc.  For Corporate meetings we offer buffet lunch at discount rates. The Resort also provides banqueting facilities making your parties memorable in addition to serving mouth-watering delicacies in an Eco-Friendly environment. We provide Theme parties giving you a range to choose from. The dazzling performance of traditional arts with Kathakali, Mohiniyattom or Koothu and dances and authentic Kerala cuisine is a big hit with our clients. Weddings, birthday bashes, receptions, family get-togethers, the resort's conference hall is so designed suit any occasion - formal or informal. For larger occasions, resorts plush lawns are also available. Our banquet and convention room can cater for an elegant party or conference.
